Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of qualified service providers capable of supplying, repairing, and delivering tyres for both light and heavy-duty vehicles to Mandeni Municipality. This panel will facilitate efficient procurement and maintenance services for the municipality's vehicle fleet from the date of appointment until 22 December 2028.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Supply of tyres for light and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Repair services for tyres as required.
• Delivery of tyres and related services to Mandeni Municipality.
• Provision of services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period.

Technical Requirements

Bidder must demonstrate the ability to:

• Supply a range of tyres suitable for light and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Provide reliable repair and maintenance services for tyres.
• Ensure timely delivery of tyres and related services.
• Comply with all applicable standards and regulations related to tyre supply and vehicle maintenance.
• Be registered on the Central Supply Database (CSD).
