It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 9GB.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who CIDB Grading of 9GB or Higher
A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
1. Documents available during working hours as from 10th January 2024.
2. Queries to the issue of tender documents FBC T10/2023 may be addressed to [email protected].
3. A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
4. The closing time for the receipt of tender FBC T10/2023 11:00 on 9th February 2024.
5. Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted.
6. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation issued.
7. The college reserves the right not to award the bid whole/part.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at False Bay TVET College - Bayview Campus Corner of Spine Road and Seafarer Road, Bayview on 25 January 2024 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, February 16, 2024.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
