Technical Requirements

• CIDB Contractor Grading: Tenderers must possess a minimum Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) grading of 7CE.
• Central Supplier Database Registration: All bidders must be actively registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Emerging Enterprise Restriction: Tenders from potentially emerging enterprises with a CIDB designation below 7CE will be automatically disqualified.
• Submission Compliance: Proposals must strictly follow the official tender documentation formats, including prescribed sealing, labelling, and delivery protocols. Late submissions will not be entertained.
