The primary objectives of the tender are to procure a Data Archiving Appliance and Infrastructure for a period of three (3) years, ensuring the solution meets specified requirements, and to secure the contract through a fair, transparent, and competitive process that prevents fraud, corruption, and anti-competitive practices.
The scope encompasses the provision, installation, and maintenance of data archiving hardware and infrastructure components as specified in the tender documentation, for a duration of three years. It includes compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and technical standards, and involves activities from bidding through to contract execution and support.
