Scope

The scope covers maintenance, corrective repairs, emergency response, and upgrading works across the municipality’s electrical distribution network. The engagement operates on a call-off basis, where specific tasks will be assigned as operational needs arise. There is no guaranteed minimum volume of work, and contractors will be engaged strictly on an as-needed basis throughout the contract duration.

Technical Requirements

• Contractors must hold a valid CIDB contractor grading of 6EP or higher.
• A non-refundable tender deposit is mandatory upon collection of the tender documentation.
• All submissions must strictly follow official sealing, addressing, delivery, and assessment protocols.
• Tenders submitted electronically or after the designated closing time will be automatically disqualified.
