ELUNDINI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PAVED
ROADS WITHIN ELUNDINI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY FOR THE PERIOD OF THREE YEARS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Registered as CIDB grade 7 CE
Only tenderers who Valid COID
Site Agent/Construction Manger-NQF Level 7 manager labour intensive construction processes OR equivalent quality council for
Trades and Occupations (QCTO) qualifications at NQF Level 7 at a minimum of 5 years experience in paved roads construction
Foreman/Supervisors-NQF level 5 with a minimun of 5 years experience in Paved roads construction .National Certificate supervision
of Civil Engineering Construction processes
Tenders can demonstrate that he possesses the necessary professional and technical qualifications and competence financial
resources equipment and other physical facilities managerial capability personnel experience and reputation to perform the contract.
The tenders must provide three (3) contactable client references for the construction of access roads with a cumulative contract value
of at least 9 million inclusive of VAT and which has been satisfactory completed. are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R250.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Bidders must pay using this account: FNB cheque account number 62159933772 ref number 020114350000.Bid document may be
emailed to the bidder upon receiving and confirming proof of payment.Bidders must allow at least 24 hours after sending POP for the
Municipality to be able to confirm payment.
Bud Submission must be delivered to the Elundini Local Municipality at No.1 Seller street Nqanqarhu Finance department.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, February 21, 2025.
