Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the cutting of grass and shrubs at the vacant site located at Erf 194-195 Mc Cullum Street, Gingindlovu. Specifically, the service involves four (4) cuts towards the end of March 2027 to maintain the site in a neat and safe condition.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Performing four (4) grass and shrub cuts at the specified vacant site.
• Raking and dumping of cut vegetation to designated zones.
• Adherence to the specified quantities: 4028 sqm of grass cutting, 1 shrub cut, and 1 rake and dump operation.
• Completion of all services within the stipulated timeframe, with each cut scheduled towards the end of March 2027.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:
