LEPELLE NORTHERN WATER INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A 800MM STEEL PIPELINE - CIDB GRADE 9 CE
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 9CE.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who CIDB Grade 9 CE

REPLACEMENT OF PIPELINES AND REFURBISHMENT OF OLIFANTSPOORT WATER TREATMENT WORKS
The scope of works involves construction of the emergency bypass pipeline for the last 7 km long section of the existing 800Ø mm
pumping main from the Olifantspoort WTW to Specon reservoir. The scope includes the refurbishment of the existing Olifantspoort
WTW which is located on the Olifants River, approximately 30 km south-east of Lebowakgomo, in Lepelle Nkumpi Local Municipality
(LM), Limpopo Province. The project entails the modification of the existing works to enable an increased flow throughput while
maintaining acceptable water quality standards. Furthermore, rehabilitation river crossing within the Ebenezer Scheme.
CIDB Grade 9 CE are eligible to submit tenders.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at New Peter Mokaba Stadium, Corner Webster
Street and Magasyn Street, Polokwane 0700 (GPS Location: -23.92477, 29.46880), on 08 March 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, March 31, 2023.
