DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WESTERN CAPE INVITES TENDERS FOR SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF DOMESTIC HOT
WATER SYSTEM
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 2SO or higher.
Only tenderers who Please note:
1.Tenderers are required to have a CIDB grading of 2SO or higher (Grade 2: Wet Services and Plumbing Works).
2.Tenderers need to be compliant and registered on the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank, CSD and on ePS; Tenderers need to
be compliant with the above and tax-compliant with SARS at close of tender.
3.Prices shall be submitted electronically on ePS.
4.Tenderers need to be represented by one employer/member (to accommodate interested Tenderers) at the “compulsory site meeting”
on the date and time stipulated.
5.Tenderers not present at the site meeting will not be eligible to tender.
6.Tenderers must print the attached tender document, inclusive of the BOQ and specifications and bring it to the site meeting.
7.Tenderers to have a registered office and workshop within the Western Cape.
8.Copy of the qualified, trade-tested plumber Certificate and certified copy of their qualifications.
9.Tenderers who arrive late at the compulsory site meeting will be disqualified.
