Technical Requirements

Respondents must:

  • Demonstrate the development of a product prototype related to hemp and cannabis beneficiation through biotechnology.
  • Show capacity to advance their prototype to pilot, demonstration, and commercial scales.
  • Provide relevant documentation, including a letter from an accountant confirming turnover.
  • Participate in an optional online briefing session scheduled for 25 August 2026.
  • Submit all tender documents in PDF format via the designated online portal before the deadline.

Evaluation will be based on technical functionality, with a minimum score threshold of 70% for progression.
