MOSSEL BAY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY TO SITE, OFF-LOADING, STORAGE,
INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TESTING AND HANDING OVER IN FULL WORKING ORDER OF A 30M HIGH MAST
FLOODLIGHT AT KWANONQABA IN MOSSEL BAY.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1EP or higher.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R394.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
A compulsory site and information meeting will take place at 11h00 on Wednesday, 29 March 2023 at the Directorate: Infrastructure
Services, George Road, Mossel Bay.
ALL BIDDERS, including ALL THE PARTNERS OF A JOINT VENTURE MUST BE CIDB REGISTERED AND ATTEND THIS
COMPULSORY MEETING.
BIDDERS (including all partners of a Joint Venture) WHO DID NOT ATTEND THE COMPULSORY SITE AND INFORMATION
MEETING AND SUBMIT A BID, WILL BE SEEN AS SUBMITTING A NON-RESPONSIVE BID.
bids that score less than 80 out of 100 points will be considered as non-responsive:
Functionality criteria and weight:
1.Company (or JV) Experience carrying a weight of 30 points.
2.References related to experience carrying a weight of 15 points.
3.Key Site Staff and Personnel allocated for this tender carrying a weight of 25 points.
4.Plant, Equipment, Tools & Machinery allocated/reserved for this Tender carrying a weight of maximum 30 points.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Directorate: Infrastructure Services, George
Road, Mossel Bay on 29 March 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, April 21, 2023.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
