The primary objective is to equip personnel with the comprehensive knowledge and practical competencies required to effectively operate the eSupplier Portal. This includes enabling accurate execution of supplier registration, tender bidding, and contract approval workflows while ensuring strict adherence to organisational compliance standards, procurement policies, and operational efficiency targets.
The project encompasses the end-to-end digital management of supplier engagements through the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) portal. Key functional areas include:
Successful delivery requires reliable internet connectivity and a modern, compatible web browser capable of rendering the SRM portal interface. The system mandates the ability to upload digital files across structured categories (mandatory, essential, non-essential, and supplementary). Users must navigate dynamic portal modules including dedicated tabs for tenders, documentation repositories, contract folders, and collaborative chat environments. The platform supports interactive data entry for pricing grids and assessment forms, requiring stable performance for file uploads, form validation, and session management. Standardised file formats and naming conventions may be enforced for tender packages.
Participants must demonstrate strong digital literacy, particularly in navigating enterprise web platforms and managing electronic documentation lifecycles. Precision in data capture for corporate, financial, and regulatory fields is essential. Competency in interpreting tender specifications, structuring commercial pricing models, and completing evaluation scorecards is required. Professionals must also possess clear written communication skills to utilise the portal’s collaborative messaging features effectively. Familiarity with compliance reporting frameworks and systematic quality assurance practices ensures accurate submission and audit readiness.

Most large tenders are composed of tasks in a number of different fields, and it is not always possible for a single company to cater for all of them, and therefore Joint Ventures and Consortia are formed to then submit a tender together.
Government tenders are also requiring the subcontracting of a percentage of the tender work, and the trouble is then finding Subcontractors to comply with the tender requirements
To assist companies with finding tender partners and subcontractors, you can now submit your contact details and company information on this page, so other interested parties can contact you for purposes of forming Joint Ventures and subcontracting
