UNIVERSITY OF KWAZULU NATAL INVITES TENDERS FOR INSTALLATION OF A WHEELCHAIR LIFT AT DULCIE SEPTEMBER
BUILDING AT UKZN EDGEWOOD CAMPUS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 2SI or higher.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R250.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The compulsory bid returnables will be set out in the bid document.
Bid documents (available in English only) are obtainable from 29 February 2024 until 6 March 2024 at 15H30 online by sending proof of
payment of a non-refundable fee of R250 PER DOCUMENT to Nomfundo Zaca on email [email protected] Payments to be made
into the following bank account:

No bid documents will be issued outside the timeframes indicated.
Sealed documents marked “REQUEST FOR QOUTE 93-23: INSTALLATION OF A WHEELCHAIR LIFT AT DULCIE SEPTEMBER
BUILDING AT UKZN EDGEWOOD CAMPUS” must be dropped off in the tender box situated at the Ground Floor of L-BLOCK Building,
next to the lifts, at UKZN Westville Campus, before stipulated time. No facsimile, late or electronic bids will be accepted.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any bid. If you are not
contacted within 120 working days after the closing date of the tender, consider your tender unsuccessful

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at University of KZN, Edgewood Campus, Dulcie
September Building on 07 March 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
