DR BEYERS NAUDE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF RAW WATER STORAGE AT
GRAFF-REINET WTW.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6CE or higher.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R104.90 payable by proof of deposit , cash or bank guaranteed cheque is required on collection of
the Tender documents.
A non-refundable fee of R 104.90 is payable to a cashier at Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality SCM, Cnr Oval Drive & Church Street,
Graaff-Reinet, 6280 or via EFT. Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality, Standard Bank, Account Number 332104192, Branch Number
050116, Branch Electronic payment Code 051001, Reference – Tender Number. Proof of payment will be required for the collection of
tender documents. Documents may be collected during working hours after 07:30 AM till 15:00 PM on Wednesday 14th May 2025.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Robert Sobukwe Building, C/O College Road
and Oval Drive, Graaff-Reinet on 21 May 2025 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
