Invitation To Pre-Qualify: N3 Toll Route Operation Service

Pre-qualification applications are hereby invited by N3 Toll Concession (RF) Proprietary Limited (N3TC) from experienced Route Operation Service Operators for the execution of the N3 Toll Route Operation Service Contract: Contract No RS-2024-001 from the Cedara Interchange to the Heidelberg South Interchange. The Operation Service under this contract basically consists of Route Patrol services (including the related incident response and management services) as well as Route Control Centre services currently being performed under two (2) separate third party Contracts and by different Operators on behalf of N3TC. A compulsory information briefing meeting shall be held on 20th February at 12:00, at the offices of N3TC, 1st Floor, Block D, Southdowns Office Park, Irene Centurion. This is the only time that such a meeting shall be held. The Pre-qualification Application documents will be made available at the meeting. Prior reservation of documents is required and is compulsory. In this regard, applicants must reserve documents by contacting Mr M Le Roux at [email protected] by 16h00 on the 17th February 2025 and advising of the name of the proposed applicant for Pre-qualification and the number of people attending the compulsory briefing meeting. A maximum of 2 people per applicant will be allowed. Failure to attend the information briefing meeting shall preclude a party (applicant) from submitting a Pre-qualification Application.
