NATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS DURBAN INVITES TENDERS FOR JUSTICE: NTUZUMA MAGISTRATE COURT
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SF or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who designation of 1SF or higher
Only tenderers who The tender shall submit his fully prices Bills of Quantities/ (Complete Document Inclusive of all Parts) together with
his Tender.

document is not sighed the bidder will not be considered for further evaluation.
The Department reserve the right not to appoint if the bidder has been awarded 2 or more contracts of similar nature within the NDPWI
in the last six months, for quality & fair distribution of work amongst service providers .
Bidders must do an inspection of the above service and complete Inspection Form and sign it together with representative of the
facility, bides who did not do the inspection will be disqualified for further evaluation.
Bidding companies must provide proof that their employed Technicians/Artisans are authorised Gas Practitioners, registered with
SAQCC for gas on fire. A valid copy of the SAQCC registration card must be submitted with the quotation for evaluation.
Bidders must demonstrate that they employ qualified artisans or technicians in the mechanical field .
A minimum of 2 artisans/technicians must hold a valid SAQCC gas card or certificate on fire.
The certificate must be current, legible, verifiable
Failure to submit the required valid SAQCC gas card oor certificate for artisans/technician on fire will result in bid deemed nonresponsive.
