The primary objective of this tender is to undertake the upgrading and replacement of water infrastructure in Kei Mouth. This includes replacing water pipes (Phase 1 & 2), repairing and developing existing springs, upgrading the borehole, refurbishing existing pump stations, installing new rising mains, upgrading water treatment works, and constructing new reservoirs, bulk pipelines, and reticulation systems.

Preference will be given to tenderers with a CIDB contractor grading designation of 8 and higher. All tenders must be submitted on the issued documentation, and late or emailed tenders will not be accepted. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held at Kei Mouth town hall on 11 June 2026 at 11h00.
