AMATOLA WATER BOARD INVITES TENDERS FOR COMPLETION OF 10ML MISTY MT RESERVOIR
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Only tenderers who are registered with the CIDB (or capable of being so prior to the
evaluation of submissions), in a contractor grading designation equal to, or higher, than 7CE are eligible to tender
Only tenderers who 7 CE or Higher are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R500.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
A non-refundable fee of R500.00 is payable for each set of bid documents. Payment is to be made by either bank deposit or Electronic
Funds Transfer (EFT) only (no cash or cheque payments will be accepted) and is to be made payable to Amatola Water, Nedbank,

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Nqadu St (Mthatha North Truck Bypass)
overlooking the site GPS coordinates 31o 32’ 9.52”S 28o 56’ 5.16”E on 07 March 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
