The primary objectives of the tender are to ensure the construction or rehabilitation of water and sanitation facilities at Sinenzuzo Primary School, including building new toilet blocks and repairing existing ones, to provide acceptable sanitation facilities for learners and staff, and to promote health, safety, and environmental standards in line with relevant legislation and standards.
The scope encompasses the construction of four new toilet blocks, rehabilitation of existing toilet facilities, installation of water supply and drainage systems, including associated earthworks, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works, as well as compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. The scope also includes site clearance, earthworks, concrete work, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical installations, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and external works such as stormwater drainage and pathways, all in accordance with specified standards and specifications.
