Objectives

The primary objective of the tender is to develop a comprehensive Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the land situated on Newark Road, Bayview Precinct, Rbh 87-a-6020. Scope

• Preparation of an EMP tailored to the specific operations of the organization/entity on the specified land.

• Formulation of an environmental awareness program for employees.
• Definition of roles and responsibilities for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the EMP.

• Submission of a detailed EMP for approval at least 30 days prior to lease commencement.
