CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE INVITES TENDERS FOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4SI or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who It is estimated that tenders must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 4SI or higher.
Physical RFQ documents can be purchased in cash, at a non-refundable fee of R 200 per document and can be collected directly from
the supply chain office as of the dates indicated above. Please reserve yourself a set of tender documents, by sending an email to the
above-mentioned personnel. Preferably, tender documents must be requested electronically, free of charge, by sending a request to
the above email address.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Cape Town International Convention Centre (1
Lower Long Street, Convention Square Cape Town) on 22 June 2026 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, July 10, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
