The primary objectives of this RFI are to gather detailed insights from suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers within the locksmith industry to inform future procurement planning, accurate budgeting, and the selection of appropriate security technologies for City of Cape Town facilities. It aims to understand market trends, product offerings, and indicative pricing to support secure access control and locksmith systems that comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993.
