It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Contractors to submit bids
Only tenderers who The Contract shall comprise the supply of all labour, materials, workmanship, machinery, equipment, transport,
attendance on others and everything stated or implied which is, or may be, necessary in and for the entire completion of all the
following works:
•Site establishment
•Excavation, laying, backfilling and testing of 21km long bulk and reticulation pipeline with pipes ranging from 50mm to 300mm
diameters.
•Construction of 1 x 1ML RC Reservoir in Ntsimbini Village
•Construction of 45 standpipes
•Construction of 1km access road towards reservoir.
The project time frame will be 18 months from the date of the appointment of the service provider. are eligible to submit tenders.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,000.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The bid documents are available at a non-refundable cost (VAT inclusive) to be collected at the supply Chain Management Office, Erf
1400 Ntsizwa Street, EMaxesibeni, 4735. Payments for Bid Documents must be done on our Municipal Offices (Revenue) at Reception
or through Bank deposit at First National Bank, Account Number 62024932974 and Branch Code 210821. All bidders are required to
attach the proof of payment receipts on their document when submitting.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Nomlacu Water Treatment Works (Mbizana)
on 08 February 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 10h00 on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.

Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
