It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7 or higher. Tenderers must be registered
with the CIDB grading CE class of construction works
Only tenderers who registered with the CIDB grading CE class of construction works.Bidders are to note that a Functionality
Assessment will be undertaken. Tenderers that fail to achieve the minimum points per criteria as shown below will be rejected. The
Functionality Assessment criteria, minimum and maximum points are as follows:
Experience: Minimum of 30 points out of 45
Experience and Expertise of Key Personnel: Minimum of 25 Points out of 35
Capacity and Available Resource: Minimum of 15 points out of 20
