A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Nahoon Dam Boathouse, East London (Coordinates: 32°54'43.86"S 27°48'32.08"E). Any bidder who arrives 15 minutes after the commencement of tender briefing will not be
allowed to participate in the clarification meeting on 12 March 2026 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
