CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE INVITES TENDERS FOR SUITABLY QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED, AND
REGISTERED COMPANIES ARE HEREBY INVITED TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO THE CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL
CONVENTION CENTRE (CTICC)
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 3SO or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 1. Bidders who reside or have a local office within the Western Cape.
2. Preference Points are allocated as indicated in the tender Document.
Only tenderers who 1. The plumber assigned to this project must be qualified and provide proof of a plumbing trade test.
2. A representative within the company must be registered with one of the following and proof thereof must be submitted with the tender
offer:
• Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB)
• Institute of Plumbing South Africa (IOPSA)
3. Bidders must have a local office within a 60km radius from the CTICC,
4. Bidders must submit proof of a valid Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner. are eligible to submit tenders.
Physical tender documents can be purchased in cash, at a non-refundable fee of R 200 per document and can be collected directly
from the supply chain office as of the dates indicated above. Please reserve yourself a set of tender documents, by sending an email to
the above-mentioned email address. Preferably, tender documents must be requested electronically, free of charge, by sending a
request to the above email address. Alternatively tender document can be downloaded from the website: www.cticc.co.za.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at CTICC 2: PINCUSHION on 17 September
2026 starting at 11h30.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, September 28, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
