INXUBA YETHEMBA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR BIDDERS ARE HEREBY INVITED FOR PAVING OF
EZINTAKENI INTERNAL ROUTES (NKONJANE, MPANGELE, VUKUTHU, ROAD 1 AND INDWE) CRADOCK WARD1
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Bids will be evalueted on the 80/20 preference points system. Points will be allocated as
follows:
80 points = price
20 points = specific goal
Breakdown of allocation for specific goals:
Locality = 10 points
100% Black- owned business = 10 points
Only tenderers who 6CE or Higher are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R500.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Bid documents may be obtained at a non-refundable cost of R500.00 from cashier on the 24th of June 2025, no. 1 JA Calata Street,
Cradock, 5880, Cashier operating hours are from 09h00 to 16h00

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Cradock Town Hall at no. 1 J.A Calata Street,
Cradock on 30 July 2025 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, August 22, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
