Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to establish a contract for preventative and corrective maintenance of the Access Control Systems at New Somerset Hospital. Scope

The scope of the contract includes:

• Provision of preventative maintenance services for the Access Control Systems installed at the hospital.
• Execution of corrective maintenance to address system faults or failures.

Technical Requirements

The tender requires tenderers to demonstrate:

• Experience in maintaining access control systems or similar security infrastructure.

Skills Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• A cidb contractor grading of 1SF or higher.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank (WCSEB).
• Technical expertise in access control systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of security system standards and safety protocols.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with hospital staff and stakeholders.
