SCOPE OF WORK/CRITERIA
The service provider will be expected to provide approximately 2500 company branded garments to The Aurum Institute.
5.1. Ladies golf shirts:
• Short sleeve golf shirts
• The material used for the golf shirts should be 145 g/m² - 100% polyester moisture management fabric (easy care garment)
• Aurum Logo to be on the Left.
• The Aurum Institute’s logo embroided (55mm(H) x 49mm(W) on all golf shirts and included in the price.
5.2. Men’s golf shirts:
• Short sleeve golf shirts
• The material used for the golf shirts should be 145 g/m² - 100% polyester moisture management fabric (easy care garment)
• Aurum Logo to be on the Left.
• The Aurum Institute’s logo embroided (55mm(H) x 49mm(W) on all golf shirts and included in the price.
5.3. Colour for all golf shirts
• The ladies and men’s golf shirts should be black with red contrast shoulder panels and red side panels.
5.4. Ladies Fleecy Jackets
• Long sleeve Fleecy Jackets
• The material used for the Fleecy Jackets should be 300g 100% anti pill polyester micro fleece with ¼ zip and elasticated cuffs.
• Aurum Logo to be on the Left.
• The Aurum Institute’s logo embroided (55mm(H) x 49mm(W) on all Fleecy Jackets and included in the price.
5.5. Mens Fleecy Jackets
• Long sleeve Fleecy Jackets
• The material used for the Fleecy Jackets should be 300g 100% anti pill polyester micro fleece with ¼ zip and elasticated cuffs.
• Aurum Logo to be on the Left.
• The Aurum Institute’s logo embroided (55mm(H) x 49mm(W) on all Fleecy Jackets and included in the price.
5.6. Unisex Drimacs
• Long sleeve Drimacs
• The material used for the Drimacs should be 100g 100% polyester with concealed fold-away hood, water and wind resistant.
• Aurum Logo to be on the Left.
5.7. Colour for all Fleecy Jackets and Drimacs
• All garments should be black.
5.8. Other Requirements for all garments
• The Aurum Institute’s logo embroided (55mm(H) x 49mm(W) on all garments must be included in the price. (Aurum logo will be provided in High Resolution PDF or Vector File format)
• The garments must be available in all sizes ranging from Small to 3XL.
• The procurement will occur over a 25-month period as and when required, from March 2023 to March 2025.
• Shipping/delivery must be available to Kwa-Zulu Natal Province and Northern Cape Province in South Africa.
• Please specify delivery timeframes from date of order.
