Bids are hereby invited for the Appointment of Human Resource Specialists/Consultants in Labour Law for a Period of 12 Months.

Compulsory Briefing Session will be held at ADM Whelan Depot, Cnr of Buffalo Pass and Woolwash Road, Scenery Park at 10:00 on Wednesday,17th June 2026

 

Completed bid documents are to be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed "APPOINTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE  SPECIALISTS/CONSULTANTS IN LABOUR LAW FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS: BID No. 8/2/161/2025-2026R– AMATHOLE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY" must be deposited in the Bid Box, at the offices of the Amathole District Municipality, Ground Floor, 15 Rees Street, Quigney, East London, 5201, not later than 11h00 on Friday,19th June 2026 at which time the bids will be opened in public.

BIDDERS SHALL TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING BID CONDITIONS:

 

[a]           The Amathole District Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy will apply;

[b]           The Amathole District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the highest point scorer or any other quotation and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the quotation;

[c]           Bids which are late, incomplete, unsigned or submitted by facsimile or electronically, will not be accepted.

[d]           Price(s) quoted must be valid for at least thirty (30) days from date of your offer.

[e]           Price(s) quoted must be firm and must specify whether inclusive of VAT (if a VAT vendor).

[f]            For all transactions your tax reference number/pin at SARS must be furnished.

[g]           Successful bidders will be required to register as a supplier/service provider on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database, if not already registered

  • Availability to participate in a compulsory briefing session scheduled for 17 June 2026.
