Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure promotional golf shirts featuring the Ernie Els Champion design, embroidered with the municipal logo and specific conference details, to be used as promotional materials for the Blouberg Municipality's 23rd annual ward committee’s conference.

The scope of the tender includes:

• Procurement of 350 golf shirts made from 170g 100% polyester fabric with moisture-wicking finish.
• Design features include vertical surface interest fabric detail and a grown-on placket with tonal Ernie Els branded buttons.
• Embroidery of the municipal logo on the left side and the conference details ("23rd annual ward committee’s conference").
• All procurement activities must comply with the specified technical and document submission requirements.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the golf shirts are as follows:

• Fabric: 170g 100% polyester with moisture-wicking finish
• Design: Vertical surface interest fabric detail, grown-on placket with tonal branded buttons

Skills and Qualification Requirements

All bidders must meet the following qualification criteria:

• Provide a CSD report not older than three (3) months.

• Provide a valid Master Registration Number, Tax compliance status pin, or a valid tax clearance certificate.
• Include the CK (Company Registration) documentation.
• Failure to submit the required documents will result in disqualification.

Preference points will be allocated based on the PPPFA 2000 (80/20 system), with specific emphasis on:

• Locality (e.g., Capricorn Region, Limpopo Province, outside) with supporting proof of address and affidavit.
• Gender (Women or Men) with certified ID copies.
• Youth status (18-35 years) with certified ID copies.
• Race (Blacks, Coloureds, Indians, Whites) with certified ID copies.
• Disability status with medical proof or signed medical reports.
