SOUTH AFRICAN MEDICAL RESEARCH COUNCIL INVITES TENDERS FOR PROVISION OF GENERAL GROUNDS
MAINTENANCE SERVICES -WESTERN CAPE
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4SH or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who have a minimum CIDB grading of 4SH or higher.
Only tenderers who are suitably qualified, competent, and experienced service providers with professional team that has fully
operational offices within Western Cape and are capable of rendering general grounds maintenance services at all the SAMRC
premises located in the Western Cape. are eligible to submit tenders.
Bid document is available for downloading on the SAMRC website (hhttp://www.mrc.ac.za/Tenders/tenders.htm ) from 19 May 2023 to
15 June 2023. No hardcopy bid document will be issued by the SAMRC.

A clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Microsoft Teams - Virtual on 31 May 2023 starting at
10h30.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Thursday, June 15, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
