PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR RESIDENTIAL LAND USE OPTIONS
The primary objective of this tender is to engage experienced and resourceful consultants to explore and recommend residential land use options within the East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ), specifically focusing on the Zone 1B precinct. The aim is to develop social and middle-income housing solutions for employees within the ELIDZ ecosystem, including proposing partnership models for the development of top structures.
