VHEMBE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR CONTRACTOR
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who who registered with the CIDB grading of 4 CE or higher
Only tenderers who CSD summary report, Tax clearance compliance status letter or tax clearance compliance number, Company
Registration Certificate, Proof of Purchased tender document receipt(for only purchased tender documents),Bidders Certified copy of ID
Document and Proof that the bidder municipal business account or any of the directors municipal account is not in arrears
(N.B.Municipal Clearance not older than three month) or NB:Letter from Traditional authority indicating that they are not paying
Municipal rates and taxes. are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,898.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at at the entrance of vhembe district municipality
on 12 March 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, April 12, 2024.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
