Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to deliver training in Property Development and Investment to six (6) officials of the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure. The training aims to enhance the officials' knowledge and skills in property development and investment, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and standards.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Conducting a short course in Property Development and Investment for six (6) officials.
• Training duration not exceeding five (5) days.
• Providing training at an East London venue.
• Issuing certificates upon successful completion.
• Providing catering services as part of the training package.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the training include:

• The training must be registered with the relevant Department.
• Use of signed attendance registers, training results, and issuance of certificates upon completion.
• Training should be delivered in accordance with the specified duration and content outlined in the bid documents.
• The service provider must provide proof of accreditation for the training courses offered.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required from the service provider include:

• Registered and accredited training providers in property development and investment.
• Ability to deliver short courses aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 3.
• Experience in conducting training for government officials or similar entities.
