The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations from SANAS-accredited verification agencies to provide a BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) certificate and compliance matrix for a period of three years, in accordance with the specified requirements, to the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure.
