NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS REGISTRATION COUNCIL INVITES TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED
SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SERVICING OF FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM AND CLOSURE OF FIRE WALLS AT NHBRC ERIC
MOLOBI HOUSE IN SOSHANGUVE.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SF or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who N/A.

Submitted their responses in a tender box situated at NHBRC Eric Molobi Offices situated at 1617 Juventos Street, Soshanguve A,
Block XX, Soshanguve, together with the following documents:
- A detailed quote on your company’s letterhead;
- Proof of registration with The South African Qualification & Certification Committee (SAQCC) Fire by your Technician
- Proof of SANS 1475 permit;
- Proof of registration with one of accredited bodies (BSI, SABS or SACAS) were not submitted;
- A valid tax clearance certificate (including pin if it was issued after 16 April 2016);
- A completed SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1;
- Comprehensive CSD Report; and
- Are registered on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- A maximum of 20 points will be awarded to a tenderer for the specific goal specified for the RFQ.

A clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at NHBRC Eric Molobi Offices, 1618 Juventos Street, Block
XX, Soshanguve, Pretoria on 15 June 2023 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, June 30, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
