STEVE TSHWETE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR REFURBISHMENT OF VAALBANK WATER PURIFICATION
PLANT - PHASE 3
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or 7EP or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading of minimum 7CE, 7EP & 6ME.

Copy(ies) of share certificate(s) and certified copy of medical certificate (where necessary) – Non-Compulsory (failure to submit no
points will be awarded)
Copy of company registration certificate(CK) - Compulsory
Copy/ printed Tax compliance status Pin to enable the municipality to verify the bidder’s tax compliance status- Non-Compulsory
Copy of current municipal account (not older than 3 months) or copy of Lease Agreement (and Landlord’s municipal account) –
Compulsory
CSD summary report – Non-Compulsory
Joint Venture Agreement (In case of a Joint Venture) – Compulsory
Joint ventures must be registered on CSD as joint venture
CIDB grading of minimum 7CE, 7EP & 6ME – Compulsory
Valid COIDA Letter of good standing/Workmen’s Compensation Registration Certificate – Compulsory
Audited annual financial statements for the past 3 years - Compulsory
All forms must be filled in full – Compulsory

A non-refundable tender deposit of R780.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Tender documents will be obtainable from the 31/10/2023, from Legal & Administration Department, Room B207, Municipal Building,
Wanderers Avenue, P.O. Box 14, Middelburg, Mpumalanga 1050, Tel: (013) 249-7365 & Fax: (013) 243-2550) against payment of a
non-refundable tender amount of R780,00. Only payments made in cash or debit/credit card will be accepted.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Library Auditorium, Gerald Sekoto Library,
Civic Center, Cnr Walter Sisulu & Wanderers, Middelburg, 1050 on 08 November 2023 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
