Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that contractors must:

• Possess a CIDB grading of 2GB or higher, indicating capability in general building works.
• Attend a compulsory briefing session scheduled for 04 June 2026 at 10h00.
• Submit tenders in sealed envelopes, endorsed with the project details, and deliver them by the stipulated deadline.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable construction standards and safety regulations.

Skills Requirements

Eligible contractors must demonstrate:

• Registration with the CIDB at a grading level of 2GB or higher.
• Capability to undertake the scope of work based on their grading designation.
• For joint ventures, all members must be CIDB registered, with the lead partner holding a 2GB or higher grading, and the combined grading meeting the project requirements.
