Objectives

• Compliance with the Department’s procurement and auction standards.
• Submission of a complete quotation with all supporting documents by the specified deadline.
• Adherence to the evaluation criteria, including the 80/20 points system based on price and specific goals.
• Conducting a detailed risk assessment prior to award.
