Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage capable service providers to render private security services to the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure: Legislative Assembly in Ulundi. The contract duration is thirty-six (36) months, aiming to ensure effective security management within the specified region.

Scope

The scope of the service includes providing private security services at the Legislative Assembly premises in Ulundi for a period of thirty-six months. The service encompasses security personnel deployment, risk management, and related security duties as specified in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

• Submission of tender documents issued by the Department, adhering to specified formats.
• Attendance at a compulsory briefing session scheduled for 16 January 2026 at 11h00am at the designated venue.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database and with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).
• Provision of proof of payment for printed bid documents (if applicable).
• Compliance with all mandatory criteria and phased bid evaluation process outlined in the bid document.
• Conducting a detailed risk assessment prior to bid award.
• Late submissions and proposals via telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, or email will not be accepted.
• Submission of bid response in the specified tender box at the Ulundi office.

Skills Requirements
