Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage suitable and capable service providers to render private security services at the Legislative Assembly in Ulundi. The service provider is responsible for viewing the site prior to quoting, although no formal briefing session is scheduled.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of private security services at the Legislative Assembly, Ulundi.
• Site inspection prior to submitting a bid.
• Compliance with all technical and safety standards as specified in the bid document.
• Adherence to the mandatory criteria and phased evaluation process outlined in the bid documentation.
• Risk assessment to be conducted prior to bid award.

Skills Requirements

• Registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement security measures accordingly.
• Capability to operate within the specified site and adhere to security protocols.
• Proven experience in providing private security services, with documentation to support ownership and enterprise location within the specified districts (King Cetshwayo, uMkhanyakude, or Zululand Districts).
