Scope

The project encompasses all construction, modification, and finishing works necessary to renovate the designated pottery room. Bidders must strictly adhere to the attached detailed specifications, which remain subject to minor adjustments. No deviations from the approved specifications will be permitted. The scope includes all labour, materials, plant, equipment, and delivery required to deliver a completed, handover-ready renovation.

Technical Requirements

• Contractors must hold a minimum CIDB Contractor Grading of 1GB or higher, with preference awarded to those graded GB1 and above for building-only renovations.
• All bids must be submitted electronically via the mandated procurement platform, including the completed Bid Specifications Sheet and NEC4 contract documentation.
• An Occupational Health and Safety document must be fully completed and uploaded alongside the bid; failure to submit this documentation will result in immediate disqualification.
• All quoted prices must be inclusive of delivery costs and Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Payment terms are fixed at 30 days following the employer’s receipt of a valid invoice.
• Attendance at a compulsory site meeting is mandatory to clarify specifications, assess site conditions, and confirm understanding before submission.
