STIKLAND HOSPITAL INVITES TENDERS FOR SPECIFICATION FOR THE RENOVATIONS TO CHANGE POTTERY ROOM AT
STIKLAND HOSPITAL.
COMPULSORY SITE MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE 29 SEPTEMBER 2026 AT 11:00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING. VENUE
STIKLAND HOSPITAL WORKSHOP DEPARTMENT, DE LA HAYE AVENUE, BELLVILLE, AND 7535 CAPE TOWN.
NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE MEETING.
THE DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE DISCUSSED. DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS ARE ALSO ATTACHED SUBJECT TO
CHANGES.
NOTE: ALL ENQUIRIES MUST BE COMMUNICATED VIA THE EPS SYSTEM PRIOR TO CLOSING THE EVENT. BIDDERS MUST
UPLOAD BID SPECIFICATIONS SHEET, AND NEC4 DOCUMENTS ON EPS WHEN SUBMITTING OFFERS. POINT 3.7 ON THE
BID SPECIFICATIONS SHEET THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY DOCUMENT MUST BE COMPLETED AND
SUBMITTED WITH THE EPS OFFER FAILURE TO SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION WILL EXCLUDE YOUR OFFER FROM
THE EVALUATION PROCESS.
BIDDERS MUST HAVE CIBD CONTRACTOR GRADING OF 1GB OR HIGHER.
NOTE: SUPPLIERS MUST PRINT A COPY OF THE SPECIFICATIONS WHEN ATTENDING THE COMPULSORY SITE MEETING.
STIKLAND HOSPITAL WILL NOT ISSUE ANY COPIES OF THE SPECIFICATIONS AT THE SITE MEETING.
NO DEVIATION FROM THE SPECIFICATION WILL BE ALLOWED. PAYMENT TERMS 30 DAYS AFTER INVOICE WAS RECEIVED.
PRICE MUST INCLUDE DELIVERY AND VAT.
