QUARTERS (AT THE WORKSHOP)

SCOPE/SPECIFICATIONS:
· REQUIRED CIDB GRADING: GB1
· CLEAN AREA AND REMOVE RUBBLE.
· REPAIR, REPLACE & PAINT CEILINGS & CORNICE. (PRIMER & FINISH COAT TO BE DONE)
·GROUND FLOOR PASSAGE (CEILING & CORNICES) – 60M2 SQUARES.
- GROUND FLOOR TOILET CEILING & WALLS - RM H.G.21
· GROUND FLOOR – RM H.G.09 - REPAINT COMPLETE CEILING & CORNICE.
·1ST FLOOR – REPAIR BROKEN CEILING & PAINT (COMPLETE PASSAGE CEILING TO BE PAINTED)
·1ST FLOOR – RM H.1.11 - REPLACE +/- 2 M2 CEILING, SKIM JOINTS, PAINT & TREAT, WATERPROOF & PAINT WALL ON
WINDOW SIDE.
· 1ST FLOOR – RM H.1.12 - REPLACE +/- 3M X 4M CEILING, NEW TRAP DOOR & PAINT.
· 1ST FLOOR – RM H.1.13 - REPLACE +/- 3M X 4M CEILING, NEW TRAP DOOR & PAINT.
·1ST FLOOR PASSAGE – REPAINT WALL MARKED (X)
· ALL PAINT TO BE CHECKED BY PROJECT LEADER BEFORE USE.
· BIDDERS ADHERE TO SANS 50125.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at 10 HOSPITAL STREET, LEMOENKLOOF
PAARL 7646 on 07 October 2025 starting at 11h00.
