Technical Requirements

• Supplier Registration: Contractors must be actively registered with both the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Eligibility Compliance: Full qualification against all Standard Bidding Document (SBD) 6.1 requirements is strictly enforced; non-compliant bids will be disqualified.
• Documentation & Submission: Tenders must be prepared exclusively using the official tender documentation issued post-site meeting. Strict adherence to sealing, addressing, delivery, and assessment procedures is required. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in executing medium-to-large hydraulic, plumbing, or mechanical infrastructure projects within regulated or secure environments.
• Certified trades personnel, including qualified plumbers, hydraulic technicians, and fabrication/welding specialists, capable of installing and pressure-testing complex valve assemblies.
• Project management capability to coordinate logistics, health and safety compliance, and milestone delivery within tight defence base schedules.
• Familiarity with military site regulations, including staff vetting, security clearance processes, and restricted-access protocols.
