The primary objective of this tender is to appoint up to three service providers to deliver general building maintenance and repair services on an as-and-when basis. The engagement is intended to ensure ongoing maintenance support for facilities within the Western Cape Region over a period of 36 months.
The scope of work includes the provision of general building maintenance and repair services as required, on an ad hoc basis, for various facilities in the Western Cape Region. The services will be delivered by selected service providers over the contract period, with no more than three providers appointed to ensure efficient and effective maintenance support.
