NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS REGISTRATION COUNCIL INVITES TENDERS FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: APPOINTMENT
OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR PROJECT (CONSTRUCTION) SIGNAGE BOARDS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SK or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the NHBRC Supply Chain Management Policy, the tender evaluation process
shall be carried out in two (02) stages namely:
•Stage 1 : Compliance check of Mandatory Requirements
•Stage 2 : Functionality in terms of the set technical evaluation criteria
Only tenderers who meet NHBRC bid requirements, are eligible to submit tenders. are eligible to submit tenders.

A clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at virtual non-compulsory briefing session, link available on
the NHBRC website www.nhbrc.org.za/current-tenders on 17 March 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
