  • Experience working with the National Road Traffic Act and related transport and road traffic regulatory frameworks (more than 10 years preferred).
  • Post-admission legal experience, particularly in road traffic and transport regulatory environments (more than 10 years preferred).
  • Provision of contactable references for relevant transport law projects.
  • Qualifications including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), postgraduate law qualification, and registration with the Legal Practice Council (LPC) of South Africa.
  • Optional: Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) for individual directors/partners.
