PROVIDER FOR THE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF AIR CONDITIONING, VENTILATION AND HEATING SYSTEM
AS WELL AS LIMITED SUPPLY OF ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2)
YEARS AT NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS REGISTRATION COUNCIL (NHBRC) ERIC MOLOBI CENTRE IN SOSHANGUVE.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 2ME or higher.

Submitted their responses/quotations in a tender box situated at Eric Molobi Innovation Hub, 1617 Juventos Street, Soshanguve A,
Block XX, Soshanguve together with the following documents:
- A summary quote on your company’s letterhead;
- A comprehensive CSD report;
- A completed RFQ/Tender Document (including Form of Offer and Acceptance) in full;
- Valid proof of registration with CIDB on grading designation of 2ME or higher (provide proof);
- Proof of Valid COID Certificate issued by Department of Labour (provide proof);
- Proof of Two (2) years of experience in the repair, maintenance and servicing of Air Conditioning Systems (provide reference letters);
and
- Are registered on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- A maximum of 20 points will be awarded to a tenderer for the specific goal specified for the RFQ.

Street, Soshanguve A, Block XX, Soshanguve, Tshwane, Gauteng. on 19 June 2025 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, June 27, 2025.
