The primary objective of this tender is to independently audit and certify the beneficiary company in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). The certification aims to ensure the company's processes meet international standards, thereby enhancing product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
The scope includes providing third-party certification audits for the beneficiary company supported by CSIR, based in KwaZulu-Natal with 20 staff members. The work encompasses:
